Levels Of Service Offered

Outlined below are the three basic elements of our service. However, we maintain a flexible attitude, and are generally able to adapt our services to meet our clients individual circumstances and needs.

Option One - Full Management

Offering you total peace of mind

This is our inclusive service, which provides for the marketing of the property and carrying out viewings, leading to the introduction and vetting of a prospective Tenant.

This proving satisfactory, we will then go ahead and prepare the Tenancy Agreement.

We will find you a suitable tenant, reference them and move them into your property with a detailed inventory.

Your property will be inspected every three months and any problems or maintenance issues that may arise will be addressed.

Tenants rent will be collected each month and deposited into your designated bank account. A monthly statement/invoice will be provided.

At the end of the tenancy the tenant will be checked out with the original inventory.

This is to ensure the property meets our high standards and at least meets the requirements of the inventory.

Option Two - Tenant Find and Rent Processing

As per Option One - everything is included with the exclusion of maintenance issues, that will be reported directly to you as they arise. As part of our unique service, the property will be inspected every quarter, giving us and you the reassurance that the property is being looked after.

Option Three - Tenant Find Only

We will find your Tenant, provide full referencing and prepare the Tenancy Agreements and check the tenants into the property with the fully detailed inventory.

You will be supplied with a copy of the inventory in preparation of the tenants check out of the property.

The security deposit will be passed onto yourselves, you then have 14 days to ensure that this deposit is protected. If required we can protect this deposit for you.
